Duke Energy- To receive financial assistance, you must be a Duke Energy Progress residential customer and have a past due balance, unpaid deposit for utility service or unpaid reconnection charge. Call 800-662-7020 to give or get help.


The City of Asheville is not assessing late fees for water bills, sending delinquent notices, creating new bills, or doing any cut-offs for non-payment at this time. Call 828-251-1122 if you have billing concerns.
